Michal has graduated Warsaw Technical University, with a degree of Master of Science in Microelectronics. He as well holds an MBA diploma in management from the Warsaw Technical University School of Business. He has also completed a post-graduate studies at the University of Kent at Canterbury in UK.

Formerly, engaged with telco sector company Nokia, he subsequently led regional sales for Cyber Security companies like CheckPoint, Fortinet, TrendMicro and Radware. At Gemalto/Thales he contributed to the introduction of PSD2-compliant security solutions to Polish Banking and Fintech Sector. Since 2021 he is responsible for Cyber Security consulting in Financial Business Unit at Comarch. Privately, flight instructor, holding Commercial Pilot license.
