Henrik is an Investment Manager with Northzone, based in Stockholm, and focuses mainly on companies across consumer and SME spaces, in particular in fintech, digital health and commerce, as well as AI and automation in B2B SaaS.

He is involved in Northzone’s investments in NA-KD, Spacemaker, Tier, Klang and Kitab Sawti. Prior to Northzone, Henrik worked in business performance for the mobile games giant King. Before this, Henrik was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, focusing mainly on digital, sales, and marketing strategies across sectors such as retail, telecom, finance, and utilities. Henrik holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH in Stockholm, Sweden.

Fintech innovators are driving a lot of success in Nordics. After all, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish and Icelandic FinTech companies have together raised over $2.7bn since 2014, according to FinTech Global data. Sweden has picked up over 79.1% of that investment, followed by Denmark, which attracted 10.3%. Finnish FinTech firms raised 5.7%, Norwegian ones 3.9% and Icelandic enterprises 1%. What is the secret?
