Tabitha Cooper is a Change and innovation professional with 20+ years of experience in Financial Services, including Banks, Fintech, and Start-ups. She is currently the founder and CEO of Singing Sphere, a Change management and Innovation Consultancy service, that has developed a scalable online Leadership program measuring and enabling Adaptability in organisations. She has developed expertise in culture change, digital transformation, sustainability, and innovation, and is a frequent keynote speaker. Tabitha has previously held a range of roles, including Innovation Manager, Chief Communications Officer (Digital) & Business Developer at Nordea, Agile Portfolio Manager at Klarna, and recently completing an Executive MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics.
