Keynote speaker David Mothander is leading Bolt’s Public Policy teams in Germany, Nordics and Baltics. Bolt offers ride hailing/taxi services, e-scooters, e-bikes, car sharing and food deliveries. The company is headquartered in Tallinn and operates in over 300 cities in 45 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. Prior to Bolt, David has worked for the Swedish IT & Telecom Association, at Google, at the telecom operator 3 and also with the Swedish Post and Telecom Agency, PTS.
