Ion has spent a number of years in banking, consulting in equity capital markets for the world’s leading investment banks after which he transitioned into FinTech where he worked for Fiserv, a Fortune500 company, Thought Machine a unicorn scaleup and startups by positioning tech and financial products to FIs across EMEA and North America. Ion has set up multiple commercial organisations in both tech and lending and has launched his own next-gen consulting business called Finkr supporting companies with advisory services across strategy, product and technology.
